Ali is a broadcaster with a wealth of experience as a reporter, presenter, podcaster and author. Having worked for leading clubs such as Chelsea and Real Madrid Ali has a wealth of stories form the top of the game including missing Zinedine Zidane’s goal in his farewell appearance at the Bernabeu, interviewing Jonathan Woodgate after his disastrous debut for Real Madrid and being in the Chelsea dressing room when John Terry had been carried off after a head injury. 

Ali has also worked for mainstream media companies such as Sky, talkSPORT and the BBC across Match Of the Day, Football Focus, Final Score, 5 Live, witnessing some of the pivotal moments in modern football including Leicester’s 2016 title and Liverpool’s Premier League triumph in the COVID season in front of an empty Anfield.
