Katie is a sports presenter who has worked with a whole host of major sports broadcasters including Sky Sports, BBC, ITV as well as for talkSPORT covering all major domestic football competitions as well as World Cups and European Championships. Not only has she covered football but also a range of sports including snooker, athletics and hockey, a sport she knows well as a former international player.
Katie is an Arsenal fan so naturally her first taste of football was at The Emirates in 2014 and quite a juicy game at that as Arsenal took on Tottenham in 3rd Round of the FA Cup. A couple of years later one of her first assignments was covering another FA Cup tie involving Arsenal but this tome in the less glamorous surroundings of Gander Green Lane, home to Sutton United. Her first Premier League match for the BBC was at Goodison Park to see Everton come back from being 2-0 down to win 3-2 with a last minute Leighton Baines winner from the penalty spot.
